The Rocky River Assistance Program - often referred to as RRAP - was initiated in 1984 by the Rocky River Women’s Club as the Club’s primary civic mission. The program is staffed solely by volunteers and made possible by generous community support.

RRAP provides residents in need with food, personal care, and household items every other month and extra help during the holiday season.

Children enrolled in the program are provided school supplies, school lunch items, coats, gift cards, and presents from their holiday wish lists.

RRAP also offers scholarships for school trips and to graduating high school students.
